Exceptional fruit has been sourced from the Hilltops region, one of the premium, cool climate Shiraz growing regions in NSW. Hand crafted with minimal intervention in discrete batches developing additional complexity.
Our approach is very hands on, with parcels of only premium fruit, but with minimal winemaking intervention. We do not use a large “industrial style” processes, all of our wines are made in small batches and are given individual attention and nurturing.
