Aromas of ripe peaches with a touch of flint abound on the nose, progressing into ripe apricot and nectarine flavours complemented by nutty, toasted oak and vanillin rounding out the palate.

Our approach is very hands on, with parcels of only premium fruit, but with minimal winemaking intervention. We do not use a large “industrial style” processes, all of our wines are made in small batches and are given individual attention and nurturing.
