Exceptional fruit has been sourced from and immaculate vineyard in the Canberra region, one of the premium, cool climate Shiraz growing regions in NSW. Small parcels of select fruit have been hand crafted with minimal intervention in discrete batches developing additional complexity. A nose of raspberries and blackberries with a hint of toasty oak compliment the raspberry and blackberry notes on the palate, balanced with soft tannins, finishing with a delicate lingering of oak and coffee overtones.

Our approach is very hands on, with parcels of only premium fruit, but with minimal winemaking intervention. We do not use a large “industrial style” processes, all of our wines are made in small batches and are given individual attention and nurturing.
