Exceptional fruit has been sourced from the Hilltops region, one of the premium, cool climate Shiraz growing regions in NSW. Small parcels of select fruit have been hand crafted with minimal intervention in discrete batches developing additional complexity. Maturation for two years in a combination of new and aged French and American oak barrels, culminating in a well-balanced, full-bodied Shiraz. – 13.5% Alc/Vol

A nose with pronounced aromas of chocolate, toasty vanilla and red berries are also prominent on the palate balanced with flavours of liquorice and finished with soft tannins.

Our approach is very hands on, with parcels of only premium fruit, but with minimal winemaking intervention. We do not use a large “industrial style” processes, all of our wines are made in small batches and are given individual attention and nurturing.
